Message	That is heat molded onto the panel. YOu can replace the lower part (probably tan ultrasuede on your car). Also, the 96 is only the same as 94 & 95 door panels. Good news for you is that hardly anyone wants tan and you should be able to get a replacement pretty readily ;-)
